Natasha
Kowalski, M.P.H.
Natasha
Kowalski, M.P.H, has 22 years experience managing and
evaluating programs including tobacco prevention (13 years),
dental health, obesity prevention, sexual health, employee
health, and bicycle safety. Natasha began her career in tobacco
control in 1994 at the Santa Cruz County Health Services Agency
and supported the local coalition to pass numerous ordinances
including smokefree workplace ordinances, self-service display
bans, restrictions on retailer advertising, and tobacco retail
licensing ordinances. Most recently, Natasha has served as the
Evaluator for the tobacco control programs at the Santa Cruz
County Health Services Agency, Santa Barbara County Public
Health Department, Fresno County Department of Public Health,
San Benito County Health and Human Services Agency, Ventura
County Health Care Agency, and Pajaro Valley Prevention and
Student Assistance . Natasha received a Masters in Public
Health from the University of California at Los Angeles in
1993.
